How do I run Setup?

I think I have accidentally deleted a file which means
that now when I click on SEARCH FOR FILES OR FOLDERS from
the Start menu I get the message "A file that is required
to run Search companion cannot be found. You may need to
run setup" Does anyone know how I run setup?
