how do i retrieve quarantined messages?

i have been waiting on a few messages to come back from oversea's. As i never
recieved them i went looking for them. I found in the toolbar under "review
quarantined messages" that i had 450 messages quarantined but i am unable to
access them. I was woundering how i retrieve these messages?
