How do I retrieve my old work in a saved file?

I am very annoyed with Microsoft Office Word 2007. Recently, I just finished
mmy document. I saved it every 3 minutes with cntrol+s. Then after I changed
the font of my essay. However, I didnt change the font of the title. I opened
it the next day or fediting.. and I only found the title. I had several
problems similiar to this and clearly I have enough! If this continues, I
will use abode or another product rather than word! What the hell happened???

If all the pages are still there, but the text is missing, check if the text
has been formatted as white or hidden. You can do this via the Font dialog
box, which you can display by pressing Ctrl+D.
