how do i retrieve a reply attachtment i sent (temp.folder OLK3BC)

Hello:
I need help on retrieving an attachment that contain 48 pages of a
questionnare I had answered and e-mail back to the sender, which did not
arrive to sender.
I found out that it is a temporary file (OLK3BC) which has been deleted.

It's not in your Sent Items folder either?
