How do I resume installation after cancelling a install of SP2

I cancelled the install step in progress and now want to resume the install.
Can I just find and run the exe file I downloaded or must I start again from
the beginning?

Start again from the beginning. As long as you haven't deleted the file,
the update site will find the download you've already acquired and use it.
