how do i restore my computer when system restore is turned off

i downloaded eaz-fix to recover a file i accidently deleted...it worked
great....when i went to delete the eas-fix program it took my computer back
to the point when i downloaded eaz-fix...so i have lost the file again...in
the meanwhile i had scanned and downloaded approximately 4000 photos for a
video i am creating and now they are lost...can someone please help restore
my computer with all the work i have done on it...thank you

Try contacting that "eas-fix" program that you installed.
Son\meday people will learn that those type "easy fix" programs will not
work and can cause more damage than any other program. If it was such a good
program, do you not think Operating System Developers would incorperate them
in the Windows original package??? If you wouldn't download such programs
( registry fixers, internet speeder uppers, and such, you would be amazed at
how stable your Windows XP would stay.

Anyway, that's just this techs opinion.........
