How Do I restore Menu toolbar in IE7?

I have a brand new machine with IE7. The toolbar is not there (the one that
has File, Edit, View, Favorites, etc at the top)
How can I restore this feature?

Please try the IE7 group.
The recommended newsgroup is microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general

In a proper newsreader:

If you want that File...Edit...etc. bar back on top in IE, you'll have to do
a little registry editing.
There's a free file here that will do the work for you -

If it's not there at all, see the IE7 newsgroup as Alan suggests.

Find the tools menu on the right and select tools>menu bar.
