How do I restore color to MS Office button and screen background?

When I started up MS Word 2007 today, the MS Office button and the screen
background surrounding the document were all white. How do I get the color
back? (And how did I lose color?)

Thanks, that took care of it. It seems like somehow the Word option for
color scheme got frozen in some kind of funky state. I rebooted Windows
Vista, and the color scheme looks good now with the familiar blue background.
