Does anyone have any suggestions on how to change the background color into
black and text into white within Word document?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions
Eric

If you intend to print the document you should be aware that the vast
majority of printers cannot print white. They print 'white' by leaving space
and thus by setting the background to black they print the black parts. This
uses an inordinate amount of ink. Most printers cannot print to the edge of
the paper, thus leaving a white border, so white on black should be reserved
for small areas of emphasis.

And the few printers that can print white do so by substituting a white ink
cartridge for the black, so the document should be constructed as usual,
with black font color, and then printed on dark paper using the white ink
cartridge.
