How do i reset my default cursor to a different cursor

i want to reset my default cursor to something more
expressive. how do i change my default cursor, not just
my regular cursor. can anyone help me?

goto start button
pick [control panel >]
pick mouse
pick pointer tab (not options)
"normal select" should be highlighted
pick [browse...] button to find new cursor
you can change other cursor objects
