How do I reset my Access 2003 start-up options for a database?

Well, I've managed to turn off all my menu's for my database and I would love
to be able to reset my start-up options so that I can continue to make
cahnges to my database.

Any suggestions for how to solve this problem?
 
try holding down the Shift key while you open the database, to bypass the
Startup settings.
