How do I reset Menus

A teenager trying to help made a mess of my Excel menus. Now in my row of Menu
commands, I have File with no option except 'Exit', then comes an icon of a
magnifying glass with a minus sign for zoom out, then Edit with a few commands
and then a 'New File' icon. I need Page Setup under File as it used to be as
well as all the other original options. I have tried to reset everything I have
found under Customize but it is still a mess. Exactly were can I go to reset
all menus and tool bars to their original positions.

Tools>Customize>Toolbars

For each checked toolbar, select it, then click the Reset button.

Right-click on the menu, and select Customize. "Worksheet Menu Bar" is the
last selection in the list box. Select it and click on the Reset... button.
