How do I reply to your question ?

Is is not the first time that I 'm sending an answer after
you where asking some details.
But I never receive an answer in the forum. I can see my
info to that question but don't find your reply. Am I
doing something wrong ? Should I post a brand new message ?

Please have a look on our last question/reply on "Bugs in

Actually this is a bug within the current version of
Messenger. What you can do is downgrade
to 6.1, which you can find here:

(You'll need to uninstall 6.2 first).

Remember that Jonathan is a volunteer who does not work for Microsoft and
does not normally know the current internal status of bug fixes in
development.. He does a fantastic job is responding to requests that are
relevant. He responded that your problem is a known bug in 6.2. Since
there has been no new release MSN Messenger since that time I don't know why
you would think that a fix to the bug would have been made tested and be
available.
