Greetings,
The .NET Messenger Service which MSN Messenger utilizes is currently experiencing some issues
(and has been for the part of Sunday). You may see delays while signing in, changing status
and an inability to send or receive messages.
This problem is known by Microsoft and is being addressed as quickly as possible.
