How do I reopen the Business Contact Manager?

I installed Business Contact Manager under Outlook 2003, then closed it from
the Folders List. Upon restarting Outlook, I can find no trace of BCM (no
Business Tools menu, no toolbar, etc.) and thus I cannot figure out how to
open it up again.

try Enable BCM from the start menu

Thanks, but...

EnableBCM doesn't appear on my start menu. Still, I found the application
(and added it to the start menu) and ran it. When the first screen appeared,
it told me that the Business Contact Manager was already enabled. I
restarted Outlook anyway, just to be sure, but BCM still does not appear.

open outlook and then opne TASKS, in My Tasks open Opportunities in BCM

have the same problem here, after reconfiguring SQL server from the registry

Any help?
