How do I remove the FROM field on new mail?

I have just started using Outlook and when I press new mail I get a from
Field on the new page. I am not sure how it got there and I would like to
remove it. Can you tell me what I need to do to remove the FROM field please?
 
I have managed to solve my problem. There is no need to reply anymore. Thanks
