How do I remove the "Delete Block" yes/no authorization?

When I try to delete text or whatever, Word asks me if I really want to
delete it. How do I remove this so when I hit "delete", the item goes?
 
This is caused by a couple old WP options found under
Tools/Options/General. Turn off both the WP Help and WP Navigation
options you should no longer be prompted to confirm deleted text.
