How do I remove Sat/Sun from monthly calendar view in Outlook?

How do I remove Sat/Sun from monthly calendar view in Outlook (2003 version)?
I only want to see Monday through Friday.

You can't since they are a part of the month. The best you can do is compress weekend days.
