How do I remove mail from the server

I am switching from Eudora to Outlook 2003. I check my pop3 mail account
from 3 places - home, work, and webmail.

There are times when I want to remove email from the server after checking
at home or work. The only way that I have found so far to do that is to
delete them from my inbox, then delete them from the deleted box, and this
usually removes them from the server.

I have my account setting set up to delete my "deleted items" & to remove
them from the server when I close outlook.

However there are some emails that I want to keep but I don't want them on
the server. What I want to do is like in Eudora where I simply right click
on the email and under "change server status" select "delete".

Does any know if this is possible?

DO you have "Leave messages on the server" enabled in your account in these
clients? Why not just delete them via the webmail interface?

You may also be able to hold the Shift down when you delete them. This is
"permanent" delete and won't move them to the Deleted Items folder first.

As long as you have the option set to leave them on the server, I think your
best option is to use the webmail interface to delete them from the server.
