how do I REMOVE/DISABLE/BYPASS autologon?

I am running windows 2000, all service packs and updates
as of 11/12/03. How do I DISABLE, NOT ENABLE.

Control Panel >> Users and Passwords >> Users >> "Users must enter a user
name and password to use this computer"
