Hello

I was given a series of slides and I want to print them out on a color
printer. My problem is that they have a color background which I want to
delete. I do not thought want to change any of the type from their
present color to black....

Thank you

corey....

Stan,

You first need to find out how the backgrounds color has been applied to your presentation

Try
View > Master > slide master > Format > Background > change it to white > Apply to all slide > View > Slide > File >
Save AS....***give it a new name***

Does this change the background color?

If not
View > Master > slide master > Click the background area to see if anything is selected....if it is delete it....then
change the background color to white

Nope. That's a badly labeled option. It has nothing to do with whether PPT
prints backgrounds, but rather whether it prints as a background task and lets
you keep working on the presentation.
