How do I remove an Outlook profile and a duplicate Contacts folder

I am trying to remove an Outlook Profile as well as a duplicate "contacts"
folder. Outlook Help keeps pointing me to email profiles or email issues.
 
You can remove or add a profile using the Mail applet in Control Panel.
