I recently tried to download a beta version of the ATI driver..."ATI Catalyst
5.10b with CCC.exe" It never downloaded fully, so I went to remove the icon
from the desktop and I got this message: "Cannot delete ATI Catalyst 5.10b
with CCC: It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs
that might be using the file and try again". The properties of the icon show
that there is 0 bytes on the Desktop. I even tried deleting the file from
DOS from the Desktop, but still not able to delete the icon. Any help would
be great as I am going nuts trying to remove this from system.

Have you first tried closing the app through Task Manager? Ctrl - Alt - Del
opens Task Manager. Look under the Processes tab to find the open app. It
could be tough to recognize the right one. Click on it, hit 'End Process'
and then try deleting.
