How Do I Reinstall OUTLOOK after Fixmapi32.dll doesn't work?

After somone had fun on my pc over the weekend my outlook files are gone and
so is the disks. when i click on outlook it reads "The MAPI32.dll file is
corrupt, please re-instal outlook" only i can't find a "setup.exe" file or
ANY installation files for outlook 2003

Start>Control Panel>Add and Remove Programs. Locate Office or Outlook,
select it, and click Change. Pick the Repair option.
