Hello All,
I would appreciate it if someone out there could plz give
me step by step instructions on how to reinstall my Word
progam.
The only programs that shows up is my Wordpad and My
Notepad
Thanks
Carolyn

Find your Microsoft Word installation CD and Product Key,
insert the CD in your CD drive and installation will commence.
If you do not have a Microsoft Word CD, then you'll need to
purchase it.

Or, Word can be part of the MS Office suite, or the most recent versions of
MS Works as well. If you have those CDs, install. If not, you'll have to
purchase. Oddly, the MS Works Suite which NOW contains MS Word as the word
processor (instead of the proprietary Works word processor that it used to
use) is significantly less expensive than buying a stand alone version of
Word.

Are you sure that you have a copy of Word? If you expected it to
come with Windows XP, sorry to tell you that it doesn't. Neither
Windows XP nor any other version of Windows has ever come with
Word or with any other significant application software.
If you want Word, you need to buy it, either alone, as part of
Microsoft Office, or, most inexpensively, as part of Microsoft
Works Suite.
