how do i reinstall my monitor?

After running spy sweeper on my computer, it said that I needed to reboot to
get rid of somethings it could not remove. When I restarted, my monitor and
graphics card were uninstalled. Everything appears huge on the screen and in
low quality color.

No need to install monitor. Try reseting resolution. Right click on the
empty area on the desktop/Properties/Setings/ Screen Resolution/Use slider
to set a value, like 800x600 or bigger.

The slider wouldnt let me set it to another resolution. The monitor tab says
that the Default Monitor is on and it wont let me select another. Also, the
adapter tab says that my drivers are unavailable as well.

Reinstall your graphics card drivers.
