How do i register the user interface for Outlook 2003

I use outlook for sending and receiving e-mail all of the sudden one day i
couldnt send anything it would say "Interface not Registered" What do i do to
fix this.

this site is for Outlook 2002 but it isthe same command that in Outlook 2003
that maybe will fix your problem:
