How do I redirect emails recieved after a specific time of day?

I would like to forward all emails recieved between 5PM and 9PM (when I'm not
in the office) to another email account. Can I create a redirect rule that
triggers only after a certain time of day?

unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
