How do I recreate a sent folder and outbox?

I accidentally deleted my folder that contained my outbox and sent files.
How do I get them back or recreate the folders?

There should be no way for that to happen. The Delete option is grayed out
for the default folders. Did you look in your Deleted Items folder? Try
starting Outlook once with the /resetfolders command line switch, if that's
supported by your version of Outlook, which you failed to mention.
 
Is this in Outlook or Outlook Express?
