How do I recieve emails through outlook on a network?

I just got a new computer at the office, and I had the new and old computers
networked together. I have outlook on both computers, but we are using the
same email address. I can only recieve emails on the old computer. I need
to set it up where both computers will recieve the same emails.

In the account information in Outlook on BOTH computers, set Outlook to keep
a copy on the server. (On the Advanced Tab under More Settings). You will
need to set a time limit as well, otherwise your OP mail box on your ISPs
mail server will rapidly fill up.
