hi Milly
I am using Outlook. My friends use their webmail to read & reply to
messages but when they reply to a message I send I can't view their message
in Outlook. Sorry if this does not make sense but I don't know how else to
explain it.

Are you pulling your webmail into Outlook? Whose Webmail are you using?

sorry if i am not making myself clear I don't know how to explain this
problem. I am sending a message by outlook but when my friend replies to my
email by their webmail i cannot view their reply when it opens in outlook.

Do you receive the email in Outlook? When you say you can't read it, that doesn't provide a lot of detail.
