Outlook not downloading reply part of an email

Today I have received two emails in response to an earlier one I sent out to
two other friends. They had both clicked on reply and added their comments
but all I received in Outlook was a copy of my original email without their
reply. On checking the emails in my webmail accounts both were perfect. I
tried to forward one from webmail account to myself and again outlook
stripped out the reponse.

Have tried to disable my firewall and antivirus software but that made no
difference

Any help would be much appreciated

I don't understand "tried to disable". Either you did or you didn't. It's
unlikely your firewall will have anything to do with it, but you should
completely uninstall your antivirus program and reinstall it without any
email scanning.
