how do i read chinese email

I am unable to read chinese emails sent to me in either microsoft outlook or
msn or yahoo. What do i need to do to solve this problem? My operating system
is windows XP?
 
This group is an Access Database group. I suggest you try one of the
Outlook, Outlook Express, or MSN newsgroups. For Yahoo, you may need to
contact Yahoo. The Windows XP groups may also be able to help with this
since it may be a matter of adding a "language pack" to your XP
installation.
