How do I quickly notify all contacts of a new email address?

I have a new email address. I really don't want to add members one at a time
to a distribution list to send out. Is there an easier way to notify about
100 contacts? Thanks much. VB

So what is the maximum-recipients-per-message anti-abuse quota at your
e-mail provider? You may only be able to send to 25 recipients at a
time, or whatever is your e-mail provider's maximum.

Look into using MailMerge.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. Outlook 2007 will allow about 60 contacts per
distribution list, maybe more. Still, I would have to select them one at a
time. I think mail merge would entail the same procedure. Maybe that is the
only way.

Hi. Thanks for your reply. The email software is Outlook 2007, the OS is
Windows Vista, and I am not receiving an error message. I am simply seeking
an easier way to send out a notification re a new email address. I tried
using Rules to send an automated reply, but there is not an option to choose
that would be similar to an automated "Out of the Office" message.
