How do I put accept or decline buttons on an email?

Could you please let me know how I can put Accept or Decline Buttons on an
email when arranging a Meeting.
 
Go to your Calendar. Make a Meeting, Invite attendees and when you send
this, they get a Meeting Request (in their Inbox) and it has Accept Decline
buttons on it.
