How do I put a watermark on name badges?

How do I put a watermark on name badges? All I get is one watermark on the
entire page.

In Word, name badges and business cards are handled by the Labels wizard,
which creates a table in a document. This means that putting a watermark or
other graphic on each badge requires putting it into each cell of the table.
