how do i put a text watermark in powerpoint

I am looking to put a text watermark on my powerpoint slides.

How do you do this?

This feature exists in MS-WORD but I can't find it in powerpoint.

You'll want to place the image/text on your master slide (View>Master>Slide
Master) so it appears on all of your slides. Also are you asking how to
create a watermark.
