How do I publish filenames only in lowercase in FrontPage 2003?

Upgraded from FrontPage 2000 to FrontPage 2003 when my computer crashed. Had
properly saved backup copy of the web (as a web folder). After upgrade,
website re-uploaded >50% of files even though I only had changed a couple of
pages, and now links to many pictures don't show. Can't find the option
anywhere to publish in all lowercase. Now many pictures mixed upper/lowercase
characters and links to them don't work properly when published. Any help
appreciated.

1) Save the files with lowercase characters in the first place.

2) Rename the files all to lowercase.

3) There's probably utilities around that convert filenames to LC but FP
does not have such a utility.

There is no such option, it all depends on how you named the original files.

Thanks, all, for the good/bad news. Ronx, I'll check out the add-in. I don't
understand why the program would think that half of the pictures that hadn't
been changed since 2002 suddenly needed to be re-loaded, or why it would
change case of the name as it reloaded them. Didn't show any broken links on
the reports. They only show as missing files when viewed after publishing.
Very frustrating!
