How Do I Program Or Schedule Programs To Run Daily Without Me On The Computer

I Would Like To Set My Computer To Say Run Scans , With Virus,spyware &
Adware
Daily While I Am Not Using The Computer.

And The Computer Is In A Hibernate.

Is It Possible To Do This ?

And What Do I Need To Do To Set The Programs Up ?
