How do i printer ALL details on monthly calender?

When i print my monthly calender only the first three or four appointments
print. A down arrow indicates more appointments, but they are not shown. Is
there a seeting to change?

Version of outlook? Are you using landscape or portrait layout?

Outlook only includes what will fit on the page - you can use 3rd party
tools or print a week view instead.
See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for a list. One of
the word templates would be the first one I'd try.
