How do I print the monthly calendar across 2 pages?

When I print a 2-pages-per-month calendar it prints the first half of the
month on the front side of the paper and the second half of the month on the
back side of the paper. I want it to print so the pages are across from each
other in book format. When I open the notebook the full calendar will be
across the two pages in front of me.

I'm having the same problem. I contacted MS directly and found out it is a
known bud ID#12070. Don't have any ideea when they will fix it, but at
least it is not a factor of me not being bright enough to do it right!
