How do I print a month across 2 pages for a daytimer?

I now have Outlook2003. Before, when I printed my calendar it set up so that
once I put the pages in my daytimer, as I turned each page a full month would
be visible. Now it sets up the printing so that thur/fri/wk is visible on the
left hand side of the previous month, and mon/tue/wed is visible on the right
hand side of the next month. To see the thur/fri/wk of the next month, I have
to turn the page.
How do I set it to print one month across the two pages?

I have a similar problem w/printing the weekly style for Daytimer OR the 1/2
sheet booklet (either one), no matter the printer I use, odd or even weeks,
Daytimer or 1/2 sheet booklet style. It seems from reviewing similar posts
on this board, it is a problem that pervades all booklet-types of printing in
Outlook 2003. Isn't that wonderful?? Since this upgrade came out in '03, I
wonder how long we have to wait for this bug to be fixed?
