Print all entries in Monthly print

OL2003. A colleague wants to print a monthly view of her boss's very full
calendar. Under Page Setup for Monthly Style there's a checkbox to "Print
exactly one month per page" which I thought could be unticked to let it print
over several pages. But no. It still prints with a set space for each day,
showing some appointments and then "More items..." which is not much help on
a piece of paper.
Is there a setting I can change?

(Reading other posts I doubt it, and there are many tools that are getting
complicated to study especially with so many flavours of Outlook around now!)

Any help and pointers gratefully received ...

No, that can't be changed - the size of the square controls the # of
entries, with landscape having more. Monthly is better suited for few
appointments - a table list or a daily/weekly calendar is used to show all
appointments.

See http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for tools that might
be able to do it. I'd start with one of the word templates.
