Does not print appointments for previous and future months

Eugene

Hi All,

I print my calendar in month view and if I print March and there are
several days of February or April show on the page (greyed out,
because they are not in the current month), there are no appointments
on those days even though if I switch to February or April, those days
have appointments.

Is there a way to print appointments on the days of inactive months?
Disabling "Print exactly one month per page" is not an acceptable
solution, I still want to see one month per page.

Thank you.

Thanks, Diane. So there is absolutely no way to make those greyed out
days display events that they have?

one month per page prints only 1 month per page - if you want to see more
appointments you need to print those months.

print only 1 month per page means just that - 1 month per page. if you
don't use that option you'll get the events on the grey out dated.
