how do i print pages side by side on an 11x17 page

Do you have a printer that can handle an 11 x 17 piece of paper? Most home
users don't because of the cost.

Assuming you have a printer that can actually print this size, you can (in
Word 2000 or above) choose "2 pages per sheet" in the Page Setup dialog to
get two logical pages on one physical page.
