How do I print only one page of an email?

In Microsoft Word, it gives you the option to print only a single page of a
document, or a range of pages (or a set of ranges of pages), and so on. How
can I print only the first, or only the second page of an email?

Save it as a file outside of Outlook. Print it with Word. Print just the
first page, or just the second page. Or you could cut and paste the part you
want to print and paste that into Word and print that.

Why can't I do that from Outlook? Is there going to be some sort of patch
release or something?

There are a few problems with the Word method:
A) It's inefficient and slow
B) You lose the formatting you get when you print an email in Outlook

Is there really no way to do it?

Email isn't in pages...it's one continuous page.

With Outlook versions prior to 2007 you can open the message, click
Edit>Edit Message, then Format>HTML and you'll be able to print specific
pages or a selection. In Outlook 2007 you must use the "View in Browser"
function to do the same thing. Email is a continuous medium. There are no
pages in email, so how can you print a specific page?

Web pages are also continuous and lack a clear division of "pages", yet I
can select which pages I want to print from my browser.

I think that the argument "there are no pages in email" or "it is a continuous medium" is really missing the point here. SamusWeb's question / objection is completely legitimate.

The real-world fact is that many people still print out their emails. It's also true that in professional environments emails often contain the entire prior correspondence. So if I only want to print out the last response I got, you tell me I should do a 3-step workaround and lose the special formatting (which is one of the few reasons why I use Outlook in the first place)? You have got to be kidding me.

(nota bene: I am all for the paperless office, but it certainly is not for microsoft to introduce it by making printing mails an immense paperwaste.)
