How do I print more than basic information in footers

I am setting up a Business Management System. I have produced many documents
in Word and the skeleton in frontpage. I am calling in the Word documents on
the intranet but would prefer to convert the Word Docs to web pages but I
cannot get the required information such as Versions, page numbers,
uncontrolled printing message...into a footer on the printed pages.
Each document needs to have a Header & footer printed on each page ~ what is
the best way of doing this?
I am using FrontPage 2000 Ver 4 and Office XP.
Thanx

Can't do. In order for all viewers to see the documents, I suggest that you
make PDFs of each Word document, and link to the PDF. ALL formatting will be
exactly as viewed in Word. Don't have Adobe Acrobat (not the reader)? Try
these http://www.win2pdf.com or http://www.primopdf.com Both install as a
printer driver.
