How to get rid of headers & footers in Frontpage 2003?

I am new to FrontPage 2003 and am trying to teach myself how to use it with
books. How in the world do I get rid of headers & footers that keep
appearing every time I print out a FrontPage document? I want to take these
pages to a printer for jobs I am doing and can't use them when a partial
title of my document prints out on the top of the page and some long line of
copy with documents/slashes etc. keeps appearing on the bottom of each page!
I know there is a way to get rid of these things in Microsoft Office but I
can't find any solution for FrontPage 2003. Help!

That's a printer setting.
Go into your printer configuration program and set it to *not* print headers and footers.
