I used "insert picture". it shows up on the screen and looks great. I do this
all the time for presentations but, when I print the doc out it doesn't print
the jpeg.

We need the answer to TAJ's second question. Are you printing in black and
white or in color?

in color. I ran into this problem before when tyringto print out a
presentation at Kinkos. They couldn't explain it either.

I don't know, then. (If you were printing in B/W, I'd have a couple of
ideas.)

One thing to try would be to select the logo and Ctrl+X to cut it. Then
Edit/Paste Special and select PNG.

Does it print now?

One thing to try...

open the JPG in something like paint shop pro / photo shop / gimp / irfran
view / etc and just save the file under a new name

then put the picture into powerpoint.

Another thing.... how many pixels is in the picture?

Don't know about pixle size. I re opened it in photoshop, saved it in
adifferent name, then reinseerted it inot the power point and it still
doesn't print. I just tried pasting in into a new ppt blank doc and it just
prnted out as a black box, no logo.

Any other ideas?

I will try that in the AM. I ended up recreating the graphic that I needed in
photoshop and printed our a series of graphics that looked like my powerpoint
slides. I will try doing it as a PNG file and print in the morning. Thanks
for your suggestions, I will let you know how it turns out.
