How do I print a downloaded Invitation Template in Word

I have downloaded and edited a Party Invitation from online Templates. When I
come to print all I get is a blank page. The Print Preview is also blank..
Please help.
 
On the Print tab of Tools | Options, make sure that "Drawing objects" is
checked.

Thanks . This results in Print Preview showing OK. But Printer still delivers
a blank page. Could this because it is a read only file? If so why is offered
as a download by Microsoft?
 
If Print Preview is showing something different from what prints, this is
probably a printer driver issue. Are you sure that:

1. You're actually looking at Print Preview and not Print Layout view?

2. You checked the box for "Drawing objects" on the Print tab of Tools |
Options and not just the box for "Drawings" on the View tab?
